All Media registration must take place through the online form.  Media Credentials are limited, so once that limit is reached, no additional passes will be issued. Credential requests must be submitted no later than Friday, October 15th. Requests received after that time are not guaranteed to process and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Please note: Media Credentials are only issued before the Retreat. Any media attending the retreat without a valid media pass will be required to purchase a regular admission ticket.

 

Only ONE overall application may be submitted per media organization and should include a list of the two names of the media’s representatives on assignment to cover the Retreat. We recommend that a managing member of your media outlet fill out the application and be the primary contact for the outlet. Any personnel over that limit will be subject to regular admission prices and will need to attend as regular attendees.

 

ELIGIBILITY:

• Credentials are issued to bona fide media outlets. Members of the media who wish to attend the Retreat but are not on assignment to cover the show will not receive credentials. They will need to purchase tickets and enter as regular attendees.

• Freelance photographers not on assignment will not receive credentials.

• Online media outlets such as blog administrators or writers, vlogs, and podcast sites will not be considered for Media Credentials unless proper documentation of the site’s history can be provided. Such documentation includes established periods of existence, traffic/subscriber data, and previous coverage of entertainment events. Maintaining a Facebook page or other social media account does not in itself qualify a person for media credentials.

• Credentials DO NOT cover family or friends of media members, and they will not be allowed into the media area. They will need to purchase tickets and enter as regular attendees.

Core Djs Worldwide and MSC Media Group LLC maintain the right to request additional information from any media outlet before approving credentials and may approve or reject any credential requests for the event.
